On Elizabeth’s High Heels classes, you’ll dive into both technique and empowering choreography. During these three weeks, you’ll learn the essentials of dancing in heels – balance, lines, weight transfer, and body control – while building strong, confident performance skills.

Yelyzaveta- Professional High Heels dancer, dancer at various events, teacher and choreographer, founder of the dance space “LI SPACE” I started my dance journey at the age of 4 and dedicated 14 years to professional ballroom dancing, taking part in countless competitions and intensives. I also gained experience teaching Latin dance . In addition, I am a certified functional training and Barre coach. For over two years, I have been teaching High Heels at my dance space LI SPACE in Helsinki. Here, I guide women through my own structured program, helping them learn to dance with confidence, grow together, and continuously develop their skills. To keep evolving as a teacher and dancer, I regularly attend classes and camps with world-renowned choreographers, bringing new knowledge and inspiration to my students.

I focus on posture, control, and strength. I also guide students on how to dance with feeling and presence - not just do the steps.

My classes are thoughtful and well-structured. You learn real skills and grow as both a dancer and a person. No matter your level, I’m here to help you not only improve - but also feel more connected to yourself through dance.
