WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO THE HOURS?

Bring a small towel, shorts, a top, and a water bottle to class.

We recommend wearing warmer clothes at the beginning.

Knee pads are often needed for Twerk and Heels classes. You can buy them in advance, at our dance studio, or make them yourself, for example, using instructions found online .

DO I NEED TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES IN ADVANCE?

Come to the studio and register with a customer service representative.

For most classes, you can also buy a ticket on site using the drop-in model, except for sold-out classes. You can check in the online store by opening the class in question and seeing if it is sold out.) You can always come and test if you can, as classes almost always have absences.

We still recommend purchasing tickets in advance, both to ensure smooth reception operations and for your own safety. By purchasing in advance, you will secure your spot.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SEASON TICKETS AND WORKSHOPS?

SEASON TICKETS :

Season tickets:

Wonder always has a spring season and a fall season, which include certain scheduled weekly classes throughout the season. For these classes, you can purchase a season pass, which entitles you to attend the selected weekly class throughout the spring or fall season.

One-time visits

You can also buy individual places for weekly classes. A great way to try different classes/types. Also works well if you are visiting a different city or just want to come and explore.

Note ! Single-use cards are not valid for sold out classes! You can see in the online store whether a product is sold out by opening the product in question.

Serial cards:

Buy several lessons in advance, come to the studio and tell the customer service representative that you want to use the serial card for lesson X. The customer service representative will record the usage.

Entitles you to attend the following classes:

  • All weekly classes in the timetable for that term
  • Beginners Friday
  • Latin Sunday (Tampere)
  • Changing courses

Note! Serial cards are not valid for sold out classes! You can see in the online store whether a product is sold out by opening the product in question.

Monthly cards:

We also offer the opportunity to purchase one-month cards for weekly classes, which entitle you to attend the dance class you purchased for that month. If you have unused hours, you can replace them with another class during the same month. Unused hours on monthly cards cannot be transferred to the next month.

Special: Starting from the season starting in 8/2025, the choreography/content to be taught will change at the beginning of every month, so if you want to come and try out or start a new sport, the beginning of the month is always an excellent opportunity! Some teachers will also start a new round in the middle of the month, so it's worth following our Tampere and Helsinki info channels on Instagram.

WORKSHOPS, SPECIAL COURSES & EVENTS:

These are our special dance classes that take place outside of our normal schedule and often feature guest teachers. Prices for workshops and events also vary.

Workshops are a great addition to season ticket holders and, like single visits and series tickets, are also an excellent way to get to know different dance styles and their teachers.

Note: You cannot use season ticket replacement classes or serial tickets for workshops.

WHICH TYPE OF TICKET IS SUITABLE FOR ME?

All ticket types are definitely suitable for you!

  • If you want to go to a specific class, get a season ticket.
  • If you can't commit to the entire season, buy series cards or monthly cards.
  • If you want to test different classes, get single-use cards or serial cards.

CAN I ATTEND CLASSES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TERM?

You can join the classes in the middle of the season and the recommended time is always the beginning of the month, when the choreography will definitely change and it is a great opportunity to jump in. Some teachers change the choreography every two weeks and the surest way to follow when the new choreography starts is to join our Instagram channels TAMPERE and HELSINKI

You can always contact our customer service or send a message on social media to us or directly to the teacher of the class in question. Many of our teachers have their social media contact information published in their teacher profiles.

CAN I MAKE UP FOR MY ABSENCE?

For season tickets , you are entitled to three replacement sessions during one season, meaning you can attend another weekly class instead of your own (excluding changing course places). However, you cannot exchange the sessions included in the season ticket for workshops.

For monthly passes, you can change once to another class in the same month (excluding changing course locations).

For workshops, the right to exchange depends on the event/workshop. In these situations, it is worth contacting our customer service info@wonderclub.fi .

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED?

For us, a sense of safety is important and you are never obligated to be filmed/dance in the area where the filming is taking place. We always offer the opportunity to dance in an area during classes that is not being filmed and not visible on camera.

ARE THERE SHOWERS AND CHANGING BOXES ON THE FACILITIES?

Both of our studios in Tampere and Helsinki have dressing rooms where you can change clothes in peace.

In Helsinki, we also have shower facilities.

There are no shower facilities in Tampere.

WHAT IF I DON'T EVEN GET TO DANCE?

We primarily utilize the option of reimbursement, but you can read more detailed cancellation policies here if you wish.
