LESSON DESCRIPTIONS

Commercial Dance - Beginners

The class teaches the basics of commercial: rhythm, alignment and fluidity of movement. The emphasis is on basic technique and bold leaps - you will get a good foundation to move on to the beginner level. The class is suitable for anyone who wants to start exploring the world of commercial in a relaxed and encouraging way.

Commercial Dance - Beginners

Choreographies that hone basic technique and develop performance – a transition from the basics to the next level. The class focuses on rhythm, fluidity of movement and confidence in the choreographies. This level increases self-confidence and movement quality in a gentle, energetic atmosphere.

Commercial Dance — Continuation

More dynamic flow, stronger movement paths and self-confidence at the center. The class will include a variety of movements and develop expression towards the performer's freedom. The choreographies will challenge both rhythm and movement quality - with the aim of finding your own stage charisma.

Commercial Dance — Int/Adv (Intermediate / Advanced)

An advanced level class that includes an advanced level challenge. This is a multi-level class that combines technical precision, energy and stage charisma. The choreographies require attention to detail and strong commitment. This is a class for those who want to develop as performers, challenge themselves and find a new gear in their dance.

Commercial Dance — Open (Open level)

Suitable for those who have been involved in the sport. The open level class combines both easy and more challenging sections. The tempo is brisk, and the focus is on rhythm, movement sequences, throwing yourself and performing in an encouraging spirit. Also suitable for beginners, if you don't have a nervous breakdown from a small challenge <3

Commercial Performance — Open level

The spotlight is yours! Performance class is about choreography, performance and stage charisma – it feels like your own show. This class focuses on developing performance, confidence and charisma in the form of special choreography!

Girly Disco Commercial — Beginner / open level Easy

Many people may not know that our Commercial teacher Viveka is a former competitive Disco dancer who finally brings this combination class to you. A class that is full of energy, tight moves and a disco twist in a girly style! A fun, showy and happy commercial class where confidence and speed are the focus. This class is pure joy and freedom – come and enjoy the energy and good vibes.

Commercial x Twerk — Open level

Legendary energy and courage come together in this fusion of genres. The class combines twerking technique, musicality and an empowering vibe – the choreography will make you feel strong and radiant. The class offers a suitable challenge for all levels and, like Tinze, energy, good team spirit and great choreography!

Come x Twerk — Intermediate/Advanced

This intermediate/advanced version of twerk meets commercial with a strong grip, incorporating more challenging combos and techniques. It promises movement, feminine power and smooth flow - focusing on rhythm, movement control and confident performance. The class is especially suitable for those dancing twerk or commercial at an intermediate or advanced level.

• Pirita: Friday 19.12 at 18:20–19:35

Sensual Commercial — Alkeisjatko (With or without heels)

Flowing movement, soft lines and bold performance come together in this class. This class is aimed at those who want to deepen their movement expression, increase their self-confidence and find their own sensual style. The choreographies are aesthetic and powerful – body and emotion go hand in hand.

• Vilma: Wed 17.12 at 19:40–20:55

Hot Floor Commercial — Open level

Commercial with a strong emphasis on the floor. Feel the flow and let the movement flow. The class combines commercial dance, contemporary dance elements, control and feminine expression - the perfect combination of strength and sensitivity. The class is similar in spirit to the Hot Heels classes, but heels are not mandatory and the class does not emphasize Twerk techniques like the Hot Heels class.

Heels — Open level

Heels classes focus on body lines, balance and confidence. In addition to technique, performance and sensuality are emphasized – the movement can be big, bold and spectacular. Open level is suitable for anyone who wants to find their own power in high heels.
