Wonder Club customer and current ambassador Anna's story 🩷

I am Anna, a 26-year-old dancer from Tampere. I have been twerking for a little over four years now. In addition to twerking, I also actively try to take commercial dance and heel classes. I come from a small town where the number of dance classes was really small, and I quickly realized that in order to improve, I would have to take classes from other dance instructors.

The twerking season involved traveling to places like Seinäjoki, Turku, Tampere, and Helsinki. At some point, I noticed that online twerking classes and courses had been launched in Finland, which I naturally wanted to join. I joined Wonder Club's Ambassador team and was able to join a few online courses, which allowed me to train from a small town and I also made new acquaintances and friends from the course.

A couple of years after those moments, I won the Finnish twerk championship (2025). I feel that without taking classes from other teachers, not giving up, constantly training, and learning from other dancers, I wouldn't have gotten to that point!
After moving to Tampere this summer, I knew I would definitely come to train at Wonder Club. This fall, I chose Pirita's Hot Heels Advanced and Twerk Advanced courses. I also occasionally attend workshops with changing teachers and courses for beginners organized on Fridays.
