Studio manager WONDER Club Tampere

We are looking for a studio manager in Tampere to take care of the daily routine, customer service and marketing-related tasks of the new dance studio! Working hours are mainly between 4pm and 9pm on weekdays (variable) and also occasional weekend shifts. Are you perhaps the next family member in our WONDER Club family?

DETAILS

Wonder CLUB is a dance studio with offices in Helsinki and Tampere. The Tampere studio opened its doors in the legendary PMK building (Erkkilänkatu 11) on January 11, 2025, bringing a new era of dance experience to the city. The Wonder CLUB concept also includes Wonder CLUB Online and Wonder Merchandise.

We are now looking for a studio manager in Tampere to take care of the studio's everyday life, customer service and marketing-related tasks!

Functions:

• Customer service at the studio
• Light daily cleaning of the studio (15-30 min)
• Maintenance and service of robot vacuum cleaners
• Opening doors and welcoming customers
• Customer service in the studio and by email
• Mapping new dance classes and teachers
• Coordinating classes and acting as a second point of contact for teachers
• Implementation of marketing materials and production of social media content
• Filming dance classes with your phone (does not require professional photography skills)
• Additionally, participation in event planning and promotions

Your colleagues at the Tampere end will be Terhi Immonen, who is part of the operational management, and of course our wonderful dance teachers. In addition, a couple of other employees in Tampere will assist, for example, with replacement needs! You will also collaborate a lot with our Helsinki Studio employees via WhatsApp, which is our main communication channel. Tia-Maria "Tinze" Sokka is your immediate supervisor and also visits the Tampere studio weekly.

Working hours & requirements:

• Weekdays (except Mondays) varying between 3:00 PM and 9:30 PM
• Occasional 2-4 hour shifts on weekends, usually during the day

What do we expect from you?

• Customer service skills and a cheerful attitude
• Independent and self-initiative approach to work
• Basic understanding of the dance industry (above all, interest)
• Good stress tolerance in busy times
• Basic technical skills (strong IT skills a plus)

It is a plus if you have:

• English language skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting/invoicing
• Good written skills in Finnish
• Dance industry networks
• Basic skills in social media content production and video editing

Means:

• My computer
• A car is not required, but the ability to use a car for occasional supply pickups is an advantage (km reimbursements are paid)
