A spring full of dance, learning and new experiences 💜

Hi!

This past spring in dance has been truly eventful and inspiring. I've had the opportunity to participate in several workshops and short courses, in addition to my regular classes throughout the spring season, such as Twerk Advanced and Hot Heels Intensive.

One of the absolute highlights of the spring has been our Hot Heels Intensive group's involvement in creating a truly amazing video production. I can't wait to see the final result – it's going to be something truly special! 😍

Returning to basics is always worthwhile

During the spring, I also attended Pirita's introductory Twerk Technique course. The classes focused meticulously on individual techniques, which made the practice truly rewarding. In one class, for example, we practiced whining, and in another, various up-and-down beats.

Even though I've been twerking for a while, I strongly believe that technique practice is part of every dancer's routine – regardless of their experience level. Good basic technique provides a foundation for everything you do and also helps you develop safely and maintain high-quality movement technique.
