JOIN AS AN AMBASSADOR

Wonder Dance Studio Oy (3007227-5) acts as a sponsor in this agreement, providing the following solutions, services and content ambassador for use under the terms of the agreement.

AMBASSADOR GETS:

(Financial benefit over €1000)

1. Ambassador gets access to Wonder Online's coaching selection completely free of charge (you can find the selection here) from here ) - Value over €700

2. Ambassador receive a €200 gift certificate that can be used for any LIVE classes in Tampere or Helsinki

3. Ambassador get €60 off everything Tampere and Helsinki weekly classes when purchasing a season ticket for the weekly class of their choice.

4. Ambassador can purchase selected products at a 20% discount

5. Ambassador can participate in Workshops and courses with a -30% discount

6. Ambassador can participate in ALL Beginners Friday courses ( Tampere / Helsinki ) and Latin Sunday (TRE) courses FREE OF CHARGE.

7. Ambassador gets the opportunity to participate in affiliate sales (there are separate instructions for this in PDF format).

8. Ambassador gets in to a special WhatsApp group

9. Ambassador gets the opportunity to participate in the production of advertising material and thus be able to participate in live classes for which more participants are needed completely free of charge. In this case, the material is filmed together with the ambassador in the studio. The content will be specified and this activity is only by invitation per location. Also other benefits depending on the length of the filming.

AMBASSADOR OFFERS:

In return, Ambassador offers the following under the terms of the agreement:

1. Ambassador publishes 1-2 posts per week on social media (e.g. story) and this should also contain text that has some meaning or purpose.

• Text about the feeling that the hour brought/brings
• Text about your own development
• Text about the teacher
• Text about condition
• Text about your own challenges/successes
• Encouraging text others to attend classes/online courses

Ambassadors must always tag @wonderonlinecom and @wonderclubfi in their posts.

Note : At least three posts must be about Wonder Online's offerings and two about Beginners Friday courses.

2. Ambassador attends at least one Beginners Friday course and writes a blog post about it and makes 2-3 encouraging stories.

3. Ambassador commits independently or together with a Wonder employee, write a blog post about their own story or dance experiences on Wonder's blog. The post should reflect both online and live classes and their meaning for them.

4. Ambassador undertakes to promote selected events upon request (obligation max. 3 times a year)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The agreement is valid until further notice for each season (autumn season from August to December and spring season from January to May). If the agreement is terminated by the sponsor or ambassador, the agreement will end immediately and the customer will be denied access to the benefits with immediate effect. Termination must be made in writing by sending the information to the address info@wonderclubonline.com

2. The Agreement is confidential and may not be distributed to third parties. Any copying, modification, forwarding or other use of the Agreement is prohibited by either party.

3. The contract may also be terminated regardless of the validity of the contract period if an important reason requires it. Important reasons may include, for example:

1. The contracting party neglects the terms of the contract
2. The behavior of the contracting party is inappropriate and damages the image and brand of the other contracting party.
3. This agreement is governed by Finnish law and legal norms in force at any time.
4. Any disagreements arising from this agreement will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

4. The Ambassador understands that he/she undertakes to act as a public reference ( Acting as a public reference means that Wonder Dance studio Oy may publish reviews and other content produced by the Ambassador anywhere, such as on its website. The content does not need to be removed if the Ambassador agreement ends.)
