Tinze Oy (3007227-5) acts as a sponsor in this agreement, offering the following solutions, services and content for the ambassador's use under the terms of the agreement.

AMBASSADOR GETS:

(Financial benefit over €1000)

1. Ambassador gets access to Wonder Online's coaching selection completely free of charge (you can find the selection here ) - Value over €700

2. Ambassador receives a €200 gift card that can be used for any LIVE class in Tampere or Helsinki

3. Ambassadors receive a €60 discount on all weekly classes in Tampere and Helsinki when purchasing a season ticket for their chosen weekly class.

4. Ambassador can purchase Merchandise products at a 20% discount

5. Ambassadors can attend ALL Beginners Friday courses (TRE/HKI) and Latin Sunday (TRE) courses FREE OF CHARGE.

NOTE NEW = Ambassadors are expected to attend at least one Beginners Friday (TRE/HKI) or Latin Sunday (TRE) course and to produce content for social media throughout the course (1 week) according to the instructions in "ambassador offers - point 1" (does not apply to those living more than 100km from Tampere or Helsinki).

6. The Ambassador gets the opportunity to participate in affiliate sales and competitions between Ambassadors, through which they can win prizes and earn real money.

7. Ambassadors will have access to a special WhatsApp group, intended only for Ambassadors, where Tinze will also be a member.

8. NEW: Ambassadors get the opportunity to participate in the production of advertising materials and can therefore participate in live classes for which more participants are needed completely free of charge. In this case, the ambassador and I will film the material together in the studio. The content will be specified and this activity is only by invitation per location. Also other benefits depending on the length of the filming.

AMBASSADOR OFFERS:

In return, Ambassador offers the following under the terms of the agreement:

1. Ambassador publishes 1-2 posts per week on social media (e.g. story) and this must also contain text that has some meaning or purpose.

• Text about the feeling that the hour brought/brings
• Text about your own development
• Text about the teacher
• Text about condition
• Text about your own challenges/successes
• Encouraging text for others to attend classes

Ambassadors must always tag @wonderonlinecom and @wonderclubfi in their posts.

Note : Three posts must be about Wonder Online's offerings.

2. The Ambassador commits, independently or together with a Wonder employee, to write two blog posts about their own story or dance experiences on Wonder's blog (including the fall 2025 season retrospectively and once in spring 2025). The post should reflect both online and live classes and their meaning for them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The agreement is valid until further notice for each season (autumn season from July to December and spring season from January to June). If the agreement is terminated by the sponsor or ambassador, the agreement will terminate immediately and the customer will be denied access to the benefits with immediate effect. Termination must be made in writing by sending the information toinfo@wonderclubonline.com

2. The Agreement is confidential and may not be distributed to third parties. Any copying, modification, forwarding or other use of the Agreement is prohibited by either party.

3. The contract may also be terminated regardless of the contract period, if an important reason requires it. Important reasons may include, for example:

1. The contracting party neglects the terms of the contract
2. The behavior of the contracting party is inappropriate and damages the image and brand of the other contracting party.
3. This agreement is governed by Finnish law and legal norms in force at any time.
4. Any disagreements arising from this agreement will primarily be resolved through negotiations between the parties.

4. The Ambassador understands that he/she undertakes to act as a public reference ( Acting as a public reference means that Tinze Oy may publish reviews and other content produced by the Ambassador anywhere, such as on its website. The content does not need to be removed if the Ambassador agreement ends.)
